In a statement made earlier today to anyone who would listen, Ian Eskelin officially ended his Presidential campaign.  The official announcement came as no surprise to the “Eskelin ‘04” staff, which consists only of Stan, Esklin’s campaign manager.  “Well, he had some good ideas, but you can only go so far with a budget of $700.00,” commented Stan. 

Eskelin is expected to quickly return to his primary responsibilities as a successful singer and songwriter for Franklin, Tenn.-based Inpop Records.  “Well, I may not be the President when November comes around, but did I mention that my new record Save the Humans releases this month?” said Eskelin.
