On the follow-up to their critically acclaimed and immensely funkable and enjoyable debut album "Am I Pretty," Skypark explores some more polished ground on their sophomore effort "Over Blue City." While still dishing out plenty of groove rock morsels (e.g. Viva Satellite and The Girl In Your Picture), they also include a few mellower, introspective tunes like Fall Forever and That's What You Say. The result is a more well-rounded album that breathes excellence from the first tune to the last. If you're looking for some good positive rock with a few well-placed ballads, this album is for you!
